Job Description Support and lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation Offer smart, thoughtful points of view on creative concepts Demonstrate strong strategic sense—offer feedback and challenge to strengthen creative briefs Work seamlessly with account, project management, media, production and strategy to offer clients a more holistic point of view Demonstrate strong presentation style Stay current on latest industry trends Maintain the highest quality on creative deliverables Complete self-reviews and conducts team reviews Input time consistently Participate and helps plan community-building events Be receptive to constructive criticism Proactive in finding ways to support the creative team Oversee all creative efforts (beyond just copywriting) and work to find new ways to improve the process Take initiative to connect the dots between disciplines for a stronger creative product Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school 10 or more years writing for an advertising or marketing agency 2+ years experience overseeing and supporting creative teams Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual brand work Creative writing pieces Strong awareness and understanding of both traditional and digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences Partnership with strategists to develop briefs and direct creative insights Additional Information The Power of One starts with our people! Compensation Range: $137.
5K - $159K annually.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
