Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking and establishing partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to expand the client base.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, including digital marketing, community outreach, and participating in healthcare events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and patients, ensuring high satisfaction and promoting word-of-mouth referrals.
- Conducting regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for expansion.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services or add new treatments based on patient needs and market demands.
- Regularly reviewing and improving operational processes to maintain high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
-Understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically home infusion services, insurance processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to perform market analysis, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on results and business growth.
