Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, with a strong understanding of current trends and has the knack for creating captivating and engaging content.
The Social Media Specialist will be instrumental in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and establish meaningful relationships with our target audience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Craft and curate high-quality content for various Social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TIk Tok, and YouTube
Manage a social media calendar in alignment with business priorities, responsible for composing, editing, and posting content across all platforms
Engage and build a community, creating a true two-way dialogue with our audience, involving activities such as (but not limited to) UGC collection and distribution, assisting in giveaway execution, engaging in the comments section
Manage global and regional content, integrate UGC and relevant cultural moments in an authentic way
Collaborate across departments and with vendors to plan and execute larger marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs across all social channels while ensuring social content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Implement best practices for hashtags, tagging, and posting strategies across various channels.
Ideate content collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create resonant material for our social communities.
Use data to analyze and optimize content based on key insights, focusing on engagement, audience growth, traffic, conversion, and sentiment.
Report on channel and campaign performance and make tactical and strategic and adjustments for content optimization
Provide community feedback, analysis, key insights and opportunities to engage the community
Stay up to date on all channel features and emerging platforms
Find innovative ways to create a deeper relationship between brand and consumers on social media
Attend priority events to capture real-time moments that drive impact and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media, content production, or community management
Creativity and a passion for social media.
Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Creator Studio, Google, and YouTube Analytics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite including video editing and graphic design
Experience with crisis management, customer service, and social media moderation
Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Detail-orientated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
