Qualifications As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results.
You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and training our sales staff to provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.

Compensation The estimated monthly earnings range for this position is $12,000 - $16,000.
Commission Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the assigned location.
Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location and experience.
