The Product Marketing Specialist works within the RBNA Product Marketing team to support fundamental tasks involved in the Point of Sale and in-store messaging process from strategy development across all areas of Brand, to delivery with Trade Marketing to the Sales organization.
Reporting to the Sr.
Manager, Product Marketing manager you will be a single source of truth for POS matters within Brand, streamline processes, ensure documentation, uphold current and new brand standards, and drive process efficiencies across RBNA.
Also, the Product Marketing Specialist will manage all internal communications on the topic across Brand (National + Regional analysis), and to our external partner agency on any POS-related deliverable, and the annual In-Store Messaging calendar and all associated applications, communicating Red Bull's Trade Marketing strategies to our sales and marketing audiences.

FULFILLS THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PREMIUM BRAND PRESENCE AT RETAIL
Uphold brand standards for occasions, consumer activation campaigns, product adjacencies, beverage initiatives, and shopper marketing programs.
The last check before going to print ensures final creative for Occasions, and Consumer activation campaigns uphold brand standards.
Support clean-store policy programs as the liaison between Product and Shopper Marketing.
Manage catalog of important visuals approved from the point of Sale.
Organize a catalog of visuals in all RBNA systems, incl.
Creative Store, ISM Calendar tool across both national and regional projects
Support POS planning, strategy, and ad-hoc development for 360 campaigns, retailtainment, and pop-up store projects for Product & Shopper Marketing
Coordinate POS creative testing for National pillars, Regional 360 campaigns, Always-on Occasions and Big Moments, Consumer Activation programs, and select Shopper marketing programs
Support commercialization of annual In-Store Messaging calendar by overseeing all print campaigns and execution of all POS suites at both the national and regional level
Manage important visual approvals for Point of Sale execution and partner with Trade Marketing who then fulfills the mechanical development process with print POS production partner.
Collaborate with the creative agency of record and print production partner to ensure all outputs are consistent with Brand standards.
Ensure all Brand POS assets align with global and national guidelines.
MANAGE INTERNAL SYSTEMS TO DRIVE AWARENESS OF TRADE MARKETING PRODUCTS AND STRATEGIES
Maintain the annual In-Store Messaging calendar and all associated platforms; all POS represented within Brand Net, SharePoint, and Hub space while pushing for regular national & field engagement to manage updates (i.

Collaborate with the Brand Sell deck team to integrate POS updates in internal communication tools (i.

Maintain RBNA Off Premise POS catalogs.
Maintain RBNA On-Premise POS catalog with efficiencies and brand standards at the highest area of focus.
Manage internal shared drive to ensure all POS projects are tracked and organized.
DRIVE INNOVATION AND ENSURE SUSTAINABILITY ACROSS ALL POS/RETAIL INITIATIVES
Ongoing evaluation and assessment of the success of the ZONE approach and its translation to Small, Large format, independent and On-Premise environments

EXPERIENCE

3+ years of consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers
