Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manager of Sales Reporting to lead our sales reporting and analytics efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, generating insights, and providing reports to support informed decision-making within the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Reporting Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for sales reporting and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and performance metrics.
Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, organization, and management of sales data from various sources.
Conduct in-depth analysis to generate meaningful insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviors.
Report Development and Delivery: Create and maintain standardized and customized sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for sales leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery of reports.
Sales Forecasting Support: Collaborate with the sales planning team to provide data-driven insights and support in sales forecasting, budgeting, and setting sales targets based on historical data and market trends.
CRM and Sales Tools Management: Manage and optimize the utilization of CRM systems and sales tools to enhance data accuracy, sales process efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
Provide training and support to sales teams on these tools.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sales reporting processes, data quality, and reporting tools.
Implement enhancements to streamline reporting workflows and increase the effectiveness of reporting initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations, finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of reporting metrics and data consistency across the organization.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team responsible for sales reporting and analytics.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
6-8 years in sales reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles within the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, interpretation, and visualization using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
) and familiarity with sales tools and databases.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a data-driven culture and developing talent within the team.
Additional Requirements Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required.
Expected Salary Range: $73,000- $145,000 per annum.
Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits.
An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits : Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26.
Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
