*Responsibilities:*
* Qualify leads and identify potential clients through various channels (e.
g.
,event marketing, email outreach, direct inquiries)
* Develop and maintain guest relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Champion and own exceptional guest service.
Create memorable and unique experiences for our guests, that reflect our organization’s values.
* Prepare and present engaging proposals for event and catering services, highlighting our special offerings and competitive pricing.
* Conduct venue tours and presentations, highlighting the exceptional venue.
* Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all agreements comply with organizational policy, insurance requirements, and legal compliance.
* Manage event logistics, coordinating, and clearly communicating with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, sales data and event details.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, food and beverage sales, event catering, or a related field.
* Proven track record of exceeding goals and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to preparation.
* Proficiency in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
* Understanding of and passion for our non-profit mission and its impact on the community.
