Position: Regional Sales Manager Edgeworth Security, a leader in advanced physical security solutions, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated closer and prospector, adept at engaging both commercial clients and high-net-worth individuals.
We value professionals who have a proven track record in selling premium services and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Location: Los Angeles, California Travel: Yes.
Applicants should expect to travel within the region regularly.
Benefits: • Top-tier compensation • Full-time, exempt salary + commission (OTE $190k) with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance/AD&D/long-term disability, 401(k) matching) • Training & Education Assistance • Paid Time Off (PTO) Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: • Actively prospect new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to identify and engage potential clients in the commercial and high-net-worth sectors.
• Demonstrate a strong background in selling premium services, with an emphasis on physical security technology.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed, customized proposals that meet client needs.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Preferable experience in physical security technology sales.
• Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
• Comfortable working with both commercial clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to conduct on-site evaluations and prepare comprehensive proposals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• CMAS or GSA experience is a plus.
• Background in installation work is advantageous.
Adept at working independently but also capable of leading and building a sales team over time.
