*Responsibilities:*
* Be knowledgeable about the services we provide.
* Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
* Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
* Provide in-person B2B sales.
* Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements/contracts.
* Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.

* Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs

* Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
* Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
* Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations.
* Must have a drivers license and full-time access to a vehicle.
*Pay Rate:*
* Each sales representative will start with a base pay of $17/hr, with an additional 10% commission on every sale they generate.
* Consequently, each representative has the opportunity to generate as much income as they desire, as there is no cap on the amount that may be earned.
We expect our sales representatives to earn $1,500+ each week of take-home commissions which would raise their hourly wage over +$50/hr!
*Future Opportunities:*
* As the company continues to expand, a sales team manager and a C-suite role of Chief of Sales are prospective positions that may become available.
These positions promise an increased hourly wage as well as an elevated commission percentage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.
