What your days look like: Manage the email channel, crafting a content calendar that speaks to our audience, scheduling campaigns, and executing experiments to gather key customer insights.
Translate brand stories and product narratives into engaging emails that resonate with customers and drive high value actions.
Architect our segmentation strategy by leveraging customer data to create highly targeted and relevant emails across product go-to-market and lifecycle campaigns.
Ensure a smooth and consistent omnichannel experience across the customer journey.
Utilize Klaviyo as the primary email marketing platform for campaign execution and automation.
Build and implement a test and learn framework across all retention channels to drive high value actions and improve repurchase rate, churn, and LTV.
Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns and retention experiments to improve both email-specific and overall retention KPIs such as repurchase rate, churn, and LTV.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, merchandising, design, and data analytics, to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Who you are: Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify Plus A passion for mens and woman's wear is essential Customer-centric, you're always thinking about how to improve the customer experience.
Strong analytical abilities and a knack for interpreting data to make decisions.
Intensely curious, you’re diving into the data to see what's working, what's not, and how to fix it.
Able to interact directly with GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms to pull reporting and analysis Willing and able to act on imperfect or incomplete information to accelerate growth.
You're independent, ready to take initiative and drive results.
6-8 years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce and digital marketing field, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, trends, and strategies.
