We're excited to expand our team with an Associate Retail Marketing Manager.
Come join us! About the role: This role will report to the Retail Marketing Manager and support the Sales team.
This position will support all things retail marketing including the development and implementation of in-store initiatives and will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive in-store sales across FDM, Club, natural and convenience.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with the design, social, brand, and ops collaborative to bring projects and campaigns to life.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Coordination and management of all POS-related items.
Manage the rollout and deployment of retail programs & materials, ensuring alignment and buy-in from internal stakeholders and retail partners.
Manage 3rd party demo and merch companies.
Train them on LIV’s, brand, mission, products, and our goals for each program.
Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, optimize results, and drive ROI of spend.
Ensure we look like the #1 powdered hydration brand in the store.
POS Management & Liaison: Manage and liaise with the POS Warehouse and POS Agencies/Suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate POS allocations for the Sales team, management of the Retail Toolkit for upcoming programs and meetings.
Monitor the success of retail marketing initiatives, sharing key learnings and best practices with the wider team.
Support the launch of new products and innovations, ensuring successful activations with comprehensive toolkits.
Provide timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
Engage marketing teams with sales and retailer feedback & perspective to guide brand strategy and product development for future planning.
Develop content for sales decks, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather and translate information.
Undertake specific company projects, as assigned.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 2-4 years of Trade Marketing Experience, with a preference for those familiar with consumer-packaged goods or Beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Beverage in developing POS.
Experience in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including marketing, operations, sales, brokers, retailers, commercial teams, and external agencies.
Proven experience in developing point of sales materials (Print, temporary and permanent) in collaboration with suppliers, both overseas and domestic.
Demonstrated technical acumen, with a discerning eye for on-brand aesthetics and impeccable execution.
Highly detail-oriented and diligent, with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work even regardless of time constraints.
Project Management Experience Experience working with 3rd party merchandising and demo agencies.
A self-starter who is results-driven and solution-oriented, with a positive and collaborative attitude.

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000.
The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
