YOUR ROLE
Position will be hybrid (2 days/week in Culver City, CA office)
Be the Subject Matter Expert voice of the professional stylist.
Plan and manage tasks and development related to a team of educators.
Develop curriculum and materials including asset creation for marketing.
Demonstrate financial acumen and understand the impact of brand decisions on profitability.
Identify market/channel opportunities where there are unmet needs.
Lead pre-discovery process for new product development, including assessing desirability, viability and feasibility of potential new product ideas.
Work with Innovation Manager to ensure smooth launches of new product development and maintenance of core portfolio.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Graphic design, Integrated marketing, Sales, Product development, Supply Chain, Legal) to foster a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
YOUR SKILLS
Professional hairstyling experience required.
1-3 years of marketing/product development experience, beauty industry experience appreciated but not require.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in using market intelligence (e.
g.
, Mintel) to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint.
Passion for the beauty/fashion industry.
The salary for this role is $80,000.

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
This salary range may also be modified in the future.
