* Support sales representatives with various aspects of account development
* Provide travel agencies with professional reservation and ticketing support
* Monitor travel agencies for possible default/malpractice, group sales and troubleshooting
* Perform administrative tasks and communicate with relevant headquarters personnel
* Job functions include report generation, general administration, and data analysis
* Perform all other duties as assigned by management
