Southern Rocklobster Limited USA (DBA Terra Mare Prime) is a Los Angeles based “basket of food” import, marketing and distribution business.
Over the last 10 years the business has developed to a stable and profitable position with a substantial customer base and range of high end protein products.
Further growth is expected with a range of new opportunities in 2024 and we are looking for a further resource to help with sales administrations to make our sales people more efficient.
*Job Title:*
Sales Administrator - Los Angeles
*Position:*
The key elements of this position are to:
*1.
Sales team support:*
a.
Support sales team to ensure a prompt response to customers by:
i.
responding to enquiries on pricing and availability,
ii.
entering orders,
iii.
sending invoices
iv.
sending statements
b.
Provide detailed inventory and availability reports
c.
Complete customer paperwork required to become a vendor
d.
Process customer credit applications
e.
Checking product quality
f.
Taking photos of product in the warehouse
g.
File customer complaints to be used for continuous improvement projects
h.
Manage home delivery enquiries from Friend and Family automated email campaigns
*2.
Canopy software system:*
a.
Update all product pricing in Canopy system
b.
New product set up in Canopy including barcodes and new barcode formatting
c.
New customer set up in Canopy system
d.
Create status dashboard for management
*3.
Operations Support:*
a.
In office back-up for Operations Manager when absent
b.
Arranging freight for sales
*4.
Internal Business Administration*
a.
Dropbox organization of all company files
b.
HACCP and Food Safety documentation
c.
Maintaining company SOPs
*Experience and Attributes Required for the Role:*
The person we are looking for will have the following:
* Proficient use of computer software system
* Experience in food supply chain preferred
* Experience in customer service preferred
* Passion for food / cooking
* High attention to detail when managing tasks
* Ability to time manage separate duties based on importance
* Ability to work in a small team and take on a broad range of tasks as required
* Professional conduct at all times when representing highly reputable brands
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
