Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Looking for candidates who are organized, energetic, dependable, mature, a quick learner and hard-working.
Experience with responding to discovery is a plus.
Responsibilities include: intake of clients, opening and scanning all incoming mail, maintaining court calendar, letter writing, emailing and phoning clients, answering phones, ordering medical records and organizing files.
Must have reliable transportation.
