*Functions and Responsibilities*:
* Develop a case theme that is compelling and gather evidence in case building
* Communicate with clients and other parties involved
* Provide proactive leadership and direction within the team
* Performs other duties required by Managing Partner
* Draft/update/finalize pleadings
* Draft/update/finalize discovery
* Draft/update/finalize answers/responses
* Attend hearings, Depositions, Mediations, and Client Meetings
* Maintain his/her schedule
*Skills:*
* Must be able to interact effectively with clients and have polished communication skills (both oral and written).
* Must be an excellent motion writer and detail-oriented.
* Must be a self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills.
* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
* Must possess a strong work ethic.
* Must possess strong decision-making, critical thinking, and active listening skills.
* Must possess strong computer skills, specifically Excel and MS Word for Windows.
* Must maintain professional, courteous manner with all clients and fellow employees.
