Looking for an *experienced Customer Service Supervisor* to lead and manage team of customer service representatives and provide exceptional service to their wholesale clients.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and bakery/food manufacturing knowledge.
*PRINCIPAL ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES ·*
* Supervisory Role: Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives.

* Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
·
* Order Processing: Oversee the processing of wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
· Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
·
* Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the customer service team to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
·
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze customer service metrics to ensure departmental goals are met or exceeded.

* Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service procedures and implement necessary changes.
·
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
*JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and/or on-the-job experience needed*
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* 2 years human resources experience
* Experience with CRM, EDI systems, manage online portal and basic trouble shooting and other relevant tools for order management and tracking
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microso ft Outlook)
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

▪ Personal Computer Skills – proficient in standard operating systems and business software such as Excel, Word, Power Point experience a plus
