Position Overview:
We are seeking a Premier Field Service Technician/Engineer to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site maintenance, repairs, and optimizations of parcel and mail sorting systems at various customer sites
Assist in the installation of new systems, ensuring they function efficiently.
Provide hands-on training for customer employees and conduct informal shadowing during training periods.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial machines, electrical systems, and computer-based controls.
Manage a flexible schedule and responsibilities, which includes pre-scheduled maintenance calls at customer sites, and occasional demand on-call visits and remote support of customer machines.

Maintain effective communication and coordination with our team, keeping everyone informed of progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
Background in electronics and mechanical systems, with the ability to read schematics and engineering documentation and use a multimeter and measure AC/DC voltage.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
A strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in maintenance on industrial machines.
Knowledge of electromechanical systems, electrical systems, and materials handling.
Willingness to travel regionally, as our territory spans across the northeast
Flexibility with scheduling, including on-call responsibilities.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
