Property Maintenance Technician

*What will you be doing?* * Operating trash compactors.
* Repairing, modifying, and moving retail merchandising units.
* Performing minor roof, floor, painting, plumbing repairs as well as drywall installation.
* Repairing minor concrete and blacktop repairs.
* Any other work that may be requested of the maintenance department including maintenance of HVAC equipment.
* Occasional on-premises use of utility cart.
* Other duties as assigned.
*What do you bring?* * Positive, can-do attitude * High School Diploma * 6 months related experience, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: From $22.
