Work on exclusive projects, including celebrity homes and high-end custom designs.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Lead virtual and on-site consultations, absorbing every project detail.
Gather comprehensive information for bids, including materials, labor hours, and project timelines.
Cultivate lasting partnerships with landscape designers, architects, engineers, and other key players.
Create precise bids using established pricing formulas, guiding projects from conception to completion.
Implement innovative strategies to achieve ambitious monthly sales goals.
Offer continuous support to clients, nurturing relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and manage contracts and invoices, ensuring seamless client transactions.
Coordinate weekly with Project Management to align approved bids with strategic planning.
Qualifications:
10+ years of on-field masonry and concrete experience (mostly in residential projects preferred)
Expert knowledge of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprints
Proven customer service experience
Ability to manage a CRM & navigate various tech platforms
Valid US Driver's License
