We are currently hiring a Commercial Activation Manager, Pacific Division.
It is required that this candidate lives within the Pacific Division*, ideally close to a major airport to accommodate travel.
*Pacific Division includes California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Oregon.
This role is responsible for integrating and driving brand marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives in the local marketplace.
In partnership with other marketing teams, this role will be responsible for supporting the activation of a variety of marketing tactics and channels such as local media, sponsorships, events, strategic customer programs and tactics to amplify achievement of brand priorities.
As a trusted partner to Sales leadership, this role will be responsible for understanding and supporting the needs of divisions through careful and calculated planning of local commercial activation programs and tactics that drive velocity.
What You'll Brew:
Focused on building ABP plans and strategies to drive superior execution in the marketplace, key facilitator of ABP Design and Preparations cascading out of Brand and Commercial Plans
Support Divisional/Regional Based teams to drive execution and support for Brand Tentpole programs and other initiatives in their local market (inclusive of retail channels, national customers (on & off-premise) and sponsorship and events)
Strategic advisor on local program planning ensuring sales and wholesaler input/feedback captured at briefing, execution and post wrap-up
Represents division in relevant brand planning functions, providing market specific insight and knowledge at marketing briefings aligned to AIM priorities
Support Divisional/Regional Based teams on Strategic Marketing Initiatives including Partnerships and Sponsorships asset development and execution inclusive of field support for hyperlocal tactics
Responsible for the communication to Sales teams on Marketing Plans as well as Tracking and Recapping Performance back to Commercial/Brand/Media Teams focused on KPI’s aligned to Big Bet Sales Initiatives (e.
g.
display execution, market share)
Partner with sales division leadership and field sales teams to maximize effectiveness of marketing programs and BBC portfolio and brand objectives
Coordination of POS allocation needs, activation assets and other projections to support in market execution
Travel Expectation: 50% + for in-market visits, Annual Planning meetings (e.
g.
ABP’s); (can vary based on geography of the division)
What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
5 or more years of Shopper, Field or Trade Marketing experience, preferably in Beverage Alcohol
Experience working with local sales teams, wholesalers and customers in the execution of marketing programs locally
Understanding of three tier system, trade practices and laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is $81,600 – $130,000 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance.
