The Social Media Manager Podcasts should have experience in podcast growth on platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Experience in YouTube growth and strategy is also a major plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis
Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience
Evolve and elevate PragerU's storytelling through timely, engaging campaigns
Constantly monitor social media channels and engage with posts, popular hashtags and join pop culture conversations/moments in a proactive and timely manner to cultivate community
Collaborate across the team and different departments to capture in-the-moment content while keeping overall content and social strategy in mind
Manage PragerU's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Parler, TikTok, and YouTube
Responsible for scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis
Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
3-5 years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience preferred
Strategic experience on social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as staying up to date on emerging platforms.
Passion for social media and good understanding of key trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized with an eye for detail
An ability to multitask, plan ahead on projects, and meet tight deadlines
Aligns with company mission and vision

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $67,000-$85,000.
Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
