Job Title: Onsite Commercial Leasing Associate

Summary: The Onsite Commercial Leasing Associate is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining of positive client relations of leased commercial properties.
Compensation: Base with Commissions = $45,000 to $80,000 potential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Assists with the overall discovery process and client experience Ability to assist with executing local marketing programs and advertising strategies Coordinates property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database Provide thorough tours of the community and units to prospects Manage, update, and organize the CRM database on a daily basis Ensure model and vacant units are in appropriate conditions for prospect viewing Tracks renewals and executes renewals with Leasing Manager’s oversight Dedicated to meeting company standards and goals, and open to feedback and review An exceptional ability to form relationships with staff and clients to grow client satisfaction and occupancy Works closely with all departments Possesses an inherent desire to help others and make a difference in the lives of the people they encounter every day Other duties assigned by management

Education/Experience: 2 years’ experience in a leasing or marketing role in commercial or residential real estate field.
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) in business, marketing, communications or another related field is preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Certificates and Licenses: Must have California Real Estate License (no exceptions!)
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial statements, or governmental regulations.
Ability to interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages.
Basic Math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Email.
RESMAN, YARDI, ONSITE experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to quickly adapt to new online, web-based programs used in the day-to-day management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: The individual in this role will work in an office environment most of the time and regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this role.
The individual will also frequently be required to walk and stand throughout the commercial community, greeting and speaking with residents, employees, and vendors daily.
