Overview: Gopuff’s Retail team is looking for a strong marketing leader with a passion for building community to lead our local market initiatives program.
This role will allow you the opportunity to become the brand steward for one key market, creating the playbook for how we can better connect with our communities and customers.
Work across marketing, merchandising, branding, PR and field teams to bring to life large brand activations, local community partnerships and store events in order to deepen BevMo’s roots in the communities we operate in.
Measure initiative impact and lead the charge in scaling successful initiatives across the fleet in a programmatic, structured approach.

You Will
Lead the planning and execution of key “Go-Big” brand event activations throughout the year from concept to implementation in “home market”
Develop and implement Gopuff Retail’s community initiative strategy to reestablish the brand as a major player within local markets
Cultivates business relationships through outreach programs with local companies, caterers, community programs, hotels, and events.
Build plans to ensure Gopuff is present and participating in major community events / key timeframes.
Build reporting to measure initiative performance.
Develops playbook for scaling successful programs across the fleet in a programmatic fashion.
You Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience5+ years in marketing or branding, agency experience is a plus.
Demonstrated experience bringing to life large scale brand activations from concept through execution
Strong project or program management skills
Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing or community outreach strategies and measuring impact.
Experience in building scalable programs and managing large scale rollouts

Salary Range
Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location.
Compensation for U.

locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
$100,800 - $169,100 USD annually
The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates.
A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
These ranges may be modified in the future.
