You will be the front line of the sales and service process – the first person that a potential client speaks with.
A courteous and helpful first impression sets the stage for a seamless car buying and/or service and parts experience for our clients.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills are key, as well as a competitive and a friendly personality.
What Your Day Looks Like
Utilizing a script, answering outbound and inbound calls, texts and emails with a friendly and positive attitude.
Handle customer feedback with integrity and poise, involving additional individuals for a speedy resolution.
Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our customer database management system.
High moral and ethical standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual – English/Spanish.
Excellent phone/written/verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus.
