How you will make an impact:
We are looking for a full-time, motivated and well-spoken Account Executive to join our inside sales team, reporting to the VP of Direct Sales.
The right candidate will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, promptly responding to inbound leads, proactively engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, developing sales opportunities, and closing business for the company - all over the phone within your assigned territory/vertical markets.
To be successful in this position you should be able to quickly build rapport with prospective customers and help them understand the benefits of Cloud Cover Music’s B2B background music platform, its features, and benefits.
We are looking for someone that is a great listener, competitive, willing to put in the hours to be successful and unrelenting in the pursuit of closing business and meeting sales commitments.

What you’ll do:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Research target markets via existing tools and develop targeted call lists.
Make at least 50 outbound calls daily to new prospects or inbound leads.
Answer the sales phone line.
Communicate effectively with prospects via email and other tools.
Respond quickly to inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Explain and demonstrate (via web demonstrations) the features of our products and services.
Understand customers' needs and develop qualified sales opportunities.
Keep up with sales promotions and the latest product information.
Keep our CRM system updated daily on all lead and opportunity progress.
Stay informed about competing products and services.
Upsell additional products and services where applicable.
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Resolve customer queries and handle objections (either independently or in conjunction with the customer success team.
What you’ll need:
High school diploma/GED.
2+ years of professional experience selling to all industries, or related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions.
Proven, stable success at previous inside sales positions.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
com or Zoho.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player: must be able to work collaboratively with marketing, customer success, accounting, the executive team, etc.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to consistently achieve sales targets/quota

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.
These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $81,000 to $85,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
