Insurance Agent (Base Pay + Commission)

We are seeking an Insurance Agent/CSR/Broker/Tax Prep to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
*No prior insurance experience needed.
*We will train you and also help you get licensed by the CA Department of Insurance and as well licensed with CTEC (Registered Tax Preparer) Responsibilities: * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs * Resolve client inquiries and complaints * Expand business reach through networking techniques * Comply with insurance standards and regulations * Track and identify areas of improvement * Call backs and follow ups with existing clientele Qualifications: * No previous insurance/tax experience needed * Some experience with computers (Microsoft Excel, Word) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bi-lingual English and Spanish) * Prior Customer Service experience * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Ability to have a flexible schedule * Reliable source of transportation Job Type: Permanent Pay: $45,000.
