As a sales operation manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales process and teams are operating optimally.
· Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives
· Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
· Implementing and managing B2B and CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
· Project manage upgrades associated with all B2B platforms needed to support the sales team.
· Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams.
· Serve as a liaison between teams and customer service.
· Train staff on new technology and software
· Assist with account management.
· Provide general administrative support to the Retail sales team as needed.
· Coordinate trade show and customer travel for salespeople and executives
· Provide attention to detail in every aspect of your role.
· Respond to ad-hoc requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain internal/external relationships by responding to all requests & communication on an expedited timely manner.

· 5 years’ experience in retail or related field
· Strong analytical skills
· Familiarity with databases and sales software
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to problem solve.
· Ability to work well in groups.
· Ability to multitask.
· Ability to spot errors, identify queries and assist with problem solving.
· Ability to prioritize workflow and meet strict deadlines.
· Positive self-starter attitude and feels there is no task too small and no task too large.

As required, currently projected at 30%

Pay: $65,000.
