*Direct Counsel *is currently seeking a *Contract Litigation Attorney* to join a is a well-established boutique law firm specializing in personal injury and civil litigation.
This position is designed as a transitional role with the potential for a long-term commitment based on performance and compatibility.
*Responsibilities:*
* Handle a caseload of personal injury and civil litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties to represent the firm professionally.
* Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed, representing clients in a competent and effective manner.
* Work closely with the firm's partners and senior attorneys to smoothly transition into the new role, understanding the firm's practices, processes, and client expectations.
*Qualifications:*
* Must be a licensed attorney in the state of California.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
* Ability to collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve common goals.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and efficiently integrate into the firm's culture.
* Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases and responsibilities simultaneously.
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
* Active membership in the State Bar of California.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,228.
24 - $105,049.
