Seeking full time associate attorney with at least two years of litigation experience for our expanding boutique intellectual property and civil litigation firm based in Los Angeles, CA.
*YOU:*
· Demonstrable litigation experience (2 years’ minimum).
· Strong legal writing skills.
· Strong legal research skills and knowledge in drafting and responding to discovery.
· Demonstrable passion for litigation.
· Knowledgeable of Federal, California, and Local Rules.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· A collaborative and creative team player.
· Confident and clear communicator, delegating and time-management skills.
· Habit of seizing initiative and following through.
· Ability to work hard, stay organized and take direction and instruction.
· Member of the California State Bar
