We are seeking an accomplished Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury to join our dynamic legal team.
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on legal transactions.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary.
* Prepare for, take and defend depositions,
* Attend Court hearings as required.
* Manage a case load ensuring all assigned cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines.
* Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies.

* Admission to California State Bar (\*In good standing).
* Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
* Excellent research skills, and oral and written communication skills.
* Must have 1-10 years of litigation experience.
* Hybrid work schedule is optional.
