We are seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Attorney.

The responsibilities and requirements of the Ideal Candidate are as follows:
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess potential personal injury claims, particularly related to auto accidents and premises liability cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, gathering evidence, witness statements, and other relevant information.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Draft demand letters, settlement packages, and other legal documents as needed for pre-litigation negotiations.
• Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing parties, and their legal representatives to achieve favourable settlements.
• Assist in preparing clients for depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings, as necessary.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, including documentation of all relevant communications and activities.
• Stay current on changes in personal injury law, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the practice area.
• Provide general support to attorneys and other team members as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an attorney, with a focus on personal injury cases, especially auto accidents and premises liability.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures, including knowledge of relevant statutes, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research, analysing case law, and drafting legal documents.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with legal case management software and other relevant technology tools.
• Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the legal field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
00 - $120,000.
