Labor and Employment Attorney

We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our Employment/Labor Law Litigation Department.
Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in Employment/Labor Law - Ability to work on cases independently and with a team - Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills - Strong negotiation skills Duties and responsibilities: - Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in a timely and accurate manner with attention to detail - Gathering evidence and developing strategies to in preparing cases for trial - Researching various aspects of the case to support client's claims - Staying informed on any current statutory and case laws - Conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench and jury trials Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
