We are looking for a *Korean-bilingual* attorney to join our employment practice.

This position is for someone with *at least 1 year of employment litigation experience*.
*Salary:*
* $140,000 - $185,000 + performance bonus
*Requirements:*
* *bilingual in Korean*;
* *at least 1 year of \*employment litigation\* experience*;
* active CA bar license;
* proficiency in California employment law (wage and hour, FEHA discrimination, harassment, FEHA and Labor Code retaliation, etc.
);
* experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;
* effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
* strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
* strong academic credentials
