Hello Real Estate Investors, my name is Alex Montoya and I have an up to date list every Friday of (Pre-Foreclosures) for Los Angeles County.
If you don't have the time to go to public records, then my service is perfect for you! I generally have in-between 100-200 LA County Pre-Foreclosure leads every week.
I am charging $1 per lead for my services.
Pre-Foreclosures are the best leads to land some DEALS! My leads include Property Names, Property Address, Arrears Owed, NOD recorded date, and Document Number.
All this information is sufficient to land some deals.
You cannot get information this up to date on Propstream, Propwire, Property Radar or any other REI platform that claims they are working with the courts.
Their information is delayed, and every other investor has already made the initial contact before you even log into their apps.
Transaction Goes: $50 Deposit via Venmo-Cash App Etc.
I'll email you the list on a spreadsheet, you send the remaining balance.
