I have 2 amazing, barely used, and in great condition, Four Post Phantompark Subterranean (Serapid VLB40 4 column indoor and outdoor) vehicle lifts that were designed for American Custom Lifts.
They were intended for use for a high end La Jolla House, however, due to spec changes in the house design after the lifts were obtained, they were removed and now I'm selling them.
They are barely used (less than 4 yrs old).
Each has 15000lb load capacity, 2 level vehicle parking, 4 column, has high speed operation(60feet/min), and aluminium components for longer durability.
Most importantly, they use rigid chain technology for lift and not a hydraulics system, which means that nothing will fall if there is a break in the system, no mechanical room or extra sqft required, no noise or smell from hydraulic pumps, and no dealing with hydraulic oil messes or possible leakage onto vehicles that are associated with lifts.
This is perfect for high end properties, high cost real estate, and valuable vehicles.
Each lift cost over $80000 (I have the original invoices, receipts, and spec forms), but I'm selling each for $25000 obo or $40000 for both.
