Need an electrical outlet to cut my hair. - $5 (Santa Monica)

I need legal access to an electrical outlet so that I can plug in my hair clippers and cut my hair.
I know this seems crazy but I'm in the middle of establishing a homestead up in Alaska and I'm down here over the winter and it's nearly impossible to find legal access to an outlet.
I'll clean up after I'm done using the outlet and I'll pay you some money.
