Disaster Preparedness bug out bag business for sale (Los Angeles)

2 Prep 4 is a disaster preparedness bug out bag business that my wife and I started 10 years ago.
We bought hundreds of high-quality waterproof bags in orange & red, we’ve got all the ingredients to go in the 3 day bug out bags.
My wife got busy and I got busy and we never got the business off the ground.
We spent over $25,000 buying all the inventory for the bug-out bag for the business, we figure the business will put off $45K to $60K when you complete all of the the bags.
You could sell the waterproof bug out bags alone for $65-$75, there’s boxes of ingredients to go in the bags.
We’re selling the entire business for less than half of the ingredients alone cost us.
I’ve literally got four days to get out of the building where all the ingredients & boxes are being stored, so we are willing to sell the business for half of what we are in it for.
