Male in need who is in heart failure (Westchester/lax/Culver city)

I am going to try this again as soon many cruellas and people acting macho on craigslist and can't stop and help someone in heart failure.
My heart is only pumping at 45% and it is very hard for me to get to places and with very limited income I have to get the stuff I desperately need.
It is hard to write for that long so I will try to break it down Medical needs Surgical latex gloves size Large or xl A powder comparable to herbalife niteworks for my heart- that stuff works but so expensive.
Mens clothes Long white socks that go to the knee Socks dress, sheer, or gold toe Underwear size Large T-shirts xxl Comfortable pants L or size 36/38 waist in between size so the larger size would be comfortable Size 10 or 10 wide shoes Mens toiletries Fresh fruits and vegetables or food from a food bank I don't drive or have a ride to one.
Anything else you can help with or hand me downs would be greatly appreciated.
