i need help. looking for live work warehouse (la oc sgv sfv)

I am looking for habitable warehouse space.
I can't afford to rent two, apartment and a warehouse.
So, I plan to live in a warehouse.
If anyone knows of a place to live in a warehouse, please help me.
It doesn't have to be a warehouse.
I wish the space was big.
