Heart to weak in male in need of help (Westchester/lax/Culver city)

Hello, I tried numerous times asking for help , but have not gotten very little help or support.
Now my heart is to weak and is only pumping at only 45% to try to get the help I need.
I even listed a wish list, tried a buy nothing group, churches, free cycle group but no one seems to be able to help me out and now I am too weak to try to start a go fund me .
