Djembe Drum with 16"- 18" Inch Head - WANTED (West Los Angeles or surrounding area)

Hi, We are looking for a Remo or Toca 16"- 18" - Djembe African Hand Drum - Adjustable or Tunable Type.
We would also be interested in an African type hand drum.
We are a non-profit an wanted one or more of these drums for gatherings and or seasonal ceremonies.
We are hoping to find such drums for $25-$100.
If it has a stand and caring bag that would be great.
We maybe able to go a little higher on our price, if you have everything we need but we do have a very tight budget.
