I am looking for a trained professional gourmet chef.
The requirements as to how you are trained/professional, are not necessarily “deal breaker” conditions; however, ANYTHING like a school, experience at a good restaurant, or anything else along those lines is definitely something that can help A LOT.
The main thing is that you can cook a variety of meals (doesn’t necessarily have to be a large variety…but an “ever changing” variety can definitely help), that ppl will feel they have to take a picture of before they can eat it.
This is aspect is important.
Another aspect that will be fairly important, is your knowledge & use of different varieties of oils.
Things like butter, sauces, creams, & other things like that can be included in that too.
Something else that will be very important is your understanding of mathematics.
If you hate math and have just never been good at it, that is going to be a problem.
If you have a decent understanding of math, and can think of your recipes less “by feel,” & more by specific numbers & ratios, then you should be fine.
This will definitely be a paid opportunity, but it will not be a regular paid opportunity RIGHT AWAY.
The goal is for it to become something that can certainly be a proper regular income for you, but your flexibility will very much be necessary.
We could have very little notice, but the times should be a general dinner time.
If you have other work that leaves a typical dinner time open (roughly 4pm-8pm…maybe even as late as 10pm…I’ll have more solid times soon), then that should be all the general open availability that will be needed.
What I am offering is more than a job, it can be an opportunity.
