My heart is pumping at only 45% and need help with buying supplements (Westchester/inglewood /lax)

Hi, I am not out of the woods yet.
I am still under the care of a cardiologist my heart is still only pumping at 45%.
I am on an a very expensive heart brand name medication that was covered this time but may not be covered the next time.
A generous friend has been helping me out with groceries to make sure I am eat the proper foods with my health condition.
I am now needing to supplement that with supplements for the heart as well as meal replacement shakes to continue to help me on my weight loss journey as well the only line I know of is Herbalife unless there are others out there as well.
Any products that you can help with will be greatly appreciated as no one else is able to help me out and the limit amount of money I have I can barely get buy to sustain my basic needs
