Food as medicine (Westchester/inglewood /lax)

I am still have lots of health issues.
No one seems to be willing to be willing to help me out.
I am not asking for much some fresh fruits and veggies and some things that will help my heart issues that i am currently facing .
Even some stuff to help with weight loss would be greatly appreciated as I have very little money at this time and no family or friends willing to help.
