Seeking investor for startup pottery studio in LA

Hi all! I’m a ceramics teacher in the LA area, looking for an investor in a start up pottery studio in Los Angeles.
I currently have 1 small investor, but need help covering more studio equipment.
Of course you would get access to the studio as well as a portion of the profits.
My goal is to start with a studio that has 2 wheels to teach private lessons and eventually get more wheels to teach classes.
