Land wanted for bee hives and garden (Within 20 miles of Glendale)

Hi there, I am looking for either a land lease or purchase of a relatively flat sunny lot of land with road and water access.
It will be used to make a garden and placing a few friendly honey beehives.
Looking to lease or buy immediately.
Please note I am not wealthy but I am honest and hard working.
I love my bees and nature and will consider any honest and feasible lease for a plot of land as long as the terms are long term and reasonable.
If you have a piece of land to sell it must have road access - be relatively flat or gentle slope and have water access.
It does NOT need to be zoned residential as it won’t be used that way.
Minimum of 4000 square feet for a sale, preferably more, but I will consider every land that meets these criteria.
Bees need sun and to be away from highways or heavy traffic.
They also thrive in nature and need a water source for survival.
