Seeking Film Location - "Burned Down House" - $100 (Los Angeles)

Hello, we are seeking a "burned down house" location for our feature film.
This could be a backyard with a burned shed or something similar but looking to pay for under an hour of use at this location for a quick pickup shot with very small crew.
The key is to have "rubble" and some remnants of a "burned down house" still remaining.
