It is possible to free oneself from being overwhelmed by hate and anger.
How? By journaling the situation or circumstance that triggered you.
First, write what you wanted and desired, then write what happened that prevented you from achieving your desire.
When your desire is not met, you will automatically feel pain, hate, and anger.
