Manufacturing Engineering Internship

Potential Assignments: Time studies for capacity and utilization in Toilet Partition Factory (TPF) Manufacturing data organization and communication in BLA manufacturing Program check and verification using MS Access Database.
6S and LEAN waste reduction in Production Production monthly trend-charts/dashboard Engineering performance specifications analysis Automation/mechanization of TPF processes Design and construction of jigs and fixtures for TPF PLC programming Design and upgrade various production tools and equipment Skills Required: Must be enrolled in a four-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering realated field.
Proficient with Excel for data analysis and presentation (visualization).
Experience with statistical software is a plus (such as MATLAB, JMP, or SAS).
Experience with basic database processing.
Mechanical aptitude and basic machine design knowledge.
Experience with CAD (e.

Understanding of electronics (basic circuit design and building skills).
